Biggest tip for managing everything: Work at your own pace!

Aluglah said staying busy was stressful at first, but over time it was easier and made him work harder.“In the beginning, I was very stressed out. I pushed myself beyond my limit,” Aluglah said. “Then I started to become a lot more productive; I was working hard and becoming a leader. I was doing my own thing rather than what everyone else was doing.”
